An AI SEO agent should prepare material for an editorial decision, not turn an unsupported claim into a published fact. Establish which statements require evidence, who can approve a page and how an incorrect publication can be corrected before enabling automated output.
The OpenAI-associated product catalogue, checked on October 3, 2026, includes BlazeHive, whose listing describes SEO pages and visibility features, and AI-Promoter, whose listing describes marketing content and campaign controls. These are reported product descriptions, not evidence that their output improves rankings or that every component uses a particular OpenAI model.
Give each claim an evidence requirement
Separate descriptive copy from claims that a reader could reasonably act on. A product category may come from a verified catalogue field. A price needs an observed source and date. A comparison needs clearly identified criteria and evidence for each compared item.
Prepare a draft review sheet with the statement, source, observation date and approval decision. If the evidence is absent, remove or qualify the statement instead of asking the generator to make it sound more confident. A polished sentence does not resolve a missing fact.
This is especially important for performance statistics, customer counts and superlatives. Do not accept invented testing language such as “we measured” when no measurement record exists. A suggested evaluation method should be labelled as a method readers can perform.
Review the page's actual contribution
Google's guidance on generative AI content emphasizes accuracy, relevance and added value, and warns against generating many pages without useful substance. It also extends factual review to metadata and structured data.
Ask what decision the page helps a reader make that nearby pages do not already answer. Two pages with different keywords may still repeat the same advice. Merge overlapping drafts or give them genuinely different tasks before assigning separate URLs.
For a comparison, useful original work might be an explicitly defined evaluation worksheet or a carefully sourced distinction between workflows. It does not require pretending to have proprietary traffic data or an independent benchmark.
Make approval refer to a version
The reviewer should approve the exact body, title, description, links and images that will become public. If an automated step rewrites the body after approval, the earlier decision no longer describes the published artifact.
Use a controlled demonstration in which a factual sentence changes after review. Confirm that the system requests a new decision or clearly records the changed version. Also inspect outgoing links: an apparently helpful citation should lead to the source that supports the adjacent claim.
Keep drafts private until their intended publication state is valid. Do not use public indexing as an accidental staging mechanism for pages that still contain placeholders or uncertain facts.
Rehearse correction before scaling
Publish a harmless test page only in an authorized preview environment, then correct a sentence and remove a link through the normal workflow. Verify the visible page and associated metadata agree after the change.
Preserve the source and approval record for the final version. When images are part of the page, apply the AI image output acceptance review as well. Neither a provider label nor an editorial checklist guarantees traffic; the goal is a useful, supportable page that can be maintained.
