Submit a product once it is live enough for somebody outside your team to open, understand, and try or buy. A complete listing helps readers decide whether it fits their work and gives search and answer engines a reliable public source instead of a collection of unsupported claims.

Create the listing
Add the product URL, a clear description, its category, founder details, technology stack, and product images.

Manual review
We check that the product is live, the listing is accurate, and the submitter has a clear relationship to what is being listed.

Publish and maintain
Approved products receive a public product page. Owners can return to edit the listing as the product changes.

- Is it free to submit a product?
- Yes. Free listings are permanent. Premium and Featured are optional upgrades; paying never changes the review standard or organic directory ranking.
- What products belong on IndieTools?
- Live, bootstrapped digital products funded by their makers or customers. SaaS, apps, developer tools, courses, and other software-led products. Physical goods, duplicate listings, unusable landing pages, and misleading submissions are not accepted.
- Can I edit an approved product?
- Yes. The product owner can update the listing from the dashboard so its description, media, stack, and other public facts stay current.
- What happens if a submission is declined?
- The review decision includes a reason. When the issue can be corrected, update the listing and submit it for review again.
