Compare the Complete Listing: document illustration with IndieTools branding

Keep a visual shopping comparison record when several listings look alike but differ in details. A small record helps prevent a cheap thumbnail from winning the decision before you notice a different size, missing component or unsuitable delivery term. It also makes an unresolved specification visible instead of quietly assuming a match.

SameSame, found through the Italy product catalogue, can surface marketplace candidates from an image. This proposed workflow begins after discovery; it does not report a purchase or claim that any returned item is authentic or equivalent.

Preserve the original requirement

Write down the item you are trying to replace or the job it must perform. Include the dimensions, model compatibility and essential components you can verify from the original source.

If the original page lacks those facts, mark them unknown. An attractive product photograph is not a specification sheet. Avoid treating an uncertain source listing as a perfect standard against which every alternative can be judged.

Collect only a few promising candidates

Use the extension's supported search controls, then keep a manageable set of results. Save the direct listing URL and the marketplace name so you can return to the exact offer.

Do not collect so many options that you cannot inspect them. The purpose of the search stage is to find candidates worth reviewing, not to turn a large result count into evidence of a better purchase.

Record the selected variant explicitly

For each candidate, note the actual size, color, quantity and package option selected. Include any model number or written compatibility information provided by the seller.

Compare those fields with your requirements. Use separate outcomes such as “matches the stated specification,” “similar but different” and “insufficient information.” A blank field belongs in the last category until a reliable source resolves it.

Add the complete offer details

Record the current item price, shipping charge, destination availability and expected delivery information shown for your location. Note the relevant return terms and seller identity.

Keep the review date with the record. Marketplace offers change, and a screenshot of yesterday's starting price may no longer describe today's selected variant. Recheck the actual order summary before deciding to buy.

Inspect differences that photographs hide

Look for dimensions, materials and included accessories in the written listing. Where safe operation or precise compatibility matters, consult the relevant manufacturer's documentation rather than relying on a visual resemblance.

Do not use a matching logo or shared photograph as proof of authenticity. If a seller cannot substantiate a necessary detail, the correct result may be to reject the candidate even when its appearance is close.

Make a decision with the uncertainty intact

Summarize why the preferred offer fits your requirements and which differences remain. If the decision depends on an unanswered question, resolve it through an appropriate seller or manufacturer channel before purchase.

The visual-search evaluation guide explains the boundary between discovery and verification. SameSame's current search capabilities and marketplace independence are described on its official site. A useful comparison record can conclude that none of the candidates is sufficiently supported; it does not need to force a winner.
