Tesil

Tesil is a KakaoTalk theme maker. You pick from a curated set of background, speech-bubble and icon pieces, arrange them, and get a finished theme — a .ktheme file on iPhone, or an installable build on Android, since the two platforms take different formats. The pieces are original artwork and each one credits its artist, so you are not reusing someone else's assets. Editing happens in your browser and there is no sign-up. Two steps do run on our server rather than locally: background removal and the Android build, so those send your image up. Tesil is an independent fan-made theme site and is not affiliated with Kakao or KakaoTalk.
