EinfachAI is a remote software and AI automation practice for German-speaking companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
We combine 15 years of senior software engineering experience - 8 of them in Shopware and e-commerce - with three years of hands-on agentic AI work.
Typical engagements: connecting legacy systems and supplier data where official APIs are missing, blocked or uneconomical; extracting invoice and product data from unstructured PDFs straight into ERP, PIM or shop systems; and building Digital Product Passport (DPP) infrastructure for AI-driven commerce.
We work with clearly scoped workflows instead of all-powerful agents. Development runs in sandboxed environments, and where it makes sense we use open-source or European-hosted models so your data stays under your control.

Autonomous browser and desktop agents pull data out of portals and legacy applications, document pipelines extract invoice and product data from unstructured PDFs straight into ERP, PIM or shop systems, and clearly scoped AI assistants take over the repetitive parts of internal work. Alongside that, the engineering side is covered: Shopware maintenance, migrations and integrations, plus DPP infrastructure that stores passport data safely and makes it available to machine buyers. - No all-powerful agent promises and no agency overhead: 15 years of senior engineering work plus three years of hands-on agentic AI, delivered directly by the developer. Every automation is scoped as a clearly defined workflow, so you know what runs where and who is responsible when something changes. The development setup is sandboxed - no business-critical customer data, credentials or sensitive code is sent to public cloud models. Where it is reasonable, open-source models and European hosting are preferred, and existing systems stay in place instead of being rebuilt for the sake of it.
