Dispatchly
Dispatchly — Show estimated dispatch dates and production lead times on Shopify product pages.
About Dispatchly
Dispatchly helps Shopify merchants show when made-to-order products will be handed to the courier. Add production lead times, estimated dispatch dates and order cutoff countdowns to product pages. Set working days and product or collection rules to match how you make each order. Holidays and blackout dates are available on Pro. Dispatch estimates describe courier handoff; they do not include transit time or promise a delivery date.
- Who it is for
- Shopify merchants selling made-to-order products, including custom gifts and products with production lead times.
- Problem it solves
- Customers need to know when a custom order is expected to leave the shop. A shipping estimate alone may hide the time needed to make the product.
- The solution
- Adds production lead times, estimated dispatch dates and cutoff countdowns to product pages using the merchant’s working days and product rules.
- What makes it unique
- Focuses on the date an order is handed to the courier, with production rules for made-to-order products and holidays or blackout dates on Pro.
Starting price: USD 6.99 / month
