About Briefpanel

Briefpanel is website change monitoring for teams. Paste a URL and say what matters. Briefpanel finds the items on the page (products, plans, jobs, listings, notices), reads their own pages when they have one, and re-checks them on your schedule. Each change is saved in the item's history as added, modified or removed, with the old and new value of the field that moved. Alerts go to email, push, Slack or Discord, and a REST API and MCP server expose the same data. No browser extension and no subscription: you pay per page read.

Who it is for
Competitive intelligence, pricing and e-commerce teams that watch competitor and supplier pages
Problem it solves
Teams check the same competitor, supplier and listing pages by hand. Most change monitors only say a page changed and hand over a noisy diff, so someone still has to work out which product moved and what it was before.
The solution
Paste a URL and say what matters. Briefpanel finds the items on the page, re-checks them on your schedule and keeps a history for each one, so every alert says which item changed, which field, and its old and new value.
What makes it unique
It tracks items, not pages: the same product, job or plan keeps its identity across checks. Billing is per page read with no subscription, which fits teams watching a few pages.

Features

  • Item-level history

Each product, job or plan on a page keeps its own history of added, modified and removed changes.

  • Field-level alerts

Alerts name the field that changed, with its old and new value, by email, push, Slack or Discord.

  • REST API and MCP server

Read the same items and change history from your own code or AI agents.
